PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.


These General Terms and Conditions (Legal Terms) constitute the rules of use applicable to the use of this website and the services offered by LineasDNS.com and purchased or accessed through this website by Subscribers (Subscriber). When the terms “we”, “us”, “our” are used, they refer to LineasDNS.com. When reference is made to “you”, “your”, “yours”, “user”, “client”, it refers to any individual or company that accepts these terms and conditions.


GENERAL CONDITIONS ON THE USE OF THE SERVICE


LineasDNS.com, at its sole and absolute discretion, may modify these Legal Terms and any of its incorporated policies at any time and without prior notice, becoming effective immediately upon publication on this website.

The use of the services offered by LineasDNS.com implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions.


1 - CONTENT

Services contracted with LineasDNS.com must be used exclusively for lawful purposes. Any content sent or published through LineasDNS.com services must comply with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable local, national, and international regulations and/or laws.

While using the services contracted with LineasDNS.com, the Subscriber may not, under any circumstances:

  • Disclose or transmit illegal, abusive, defamatory, racist, offensive, or otherwise objectionable information, whether through photographs, text, advertising banners, or links to external websites;
  • Publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any information or software containing viruses or any other harmful component;
  • Use software or other non-original (pirated) material, infringe intellectual property rights, or publish or facilitate material or resources related to hacking or cracking;
  • Install any Online Gaming platform, whether for resale or personal use, such as Counter Strike;
  • Use game-related software, such as gaming websites, gaming forums, and VOIP software for games (e.g., TeamSpeak).

This section also includes any other information that LineasDNS.com considers inappropriate at its sole and exclusive discretion. Any misuse of the services will authorize LineasDNS.com to suspend or terminate the contracted services and their content without prior notice, and LineasDNS.com shall not be liable for any losses resulting therefrom.

To report a service or domain being used for illicit purposes, the contact channel is our Investigation Department at: abuse@lineasdns.com

Actions taken regarding received reports shall be subject to the exclusive evaluation and discretion of LineasDNS.com.


2 - DENIAL OR CANCELLATION OF SERVICE

LineasDNS.com reserves the right to deny or cancel services contracted by the Subscriber, with or without prior notice, if the Subscriber engages in any conduct or activity that LineasDNS.com considers abusive or in violation of any of the terms, rules, and conditions set forth herein, and shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from such action.

This situation also includes cases involving the improper use of the registered trademark LineasDNS.com or any other trademarks owned by it.

Due to improper use actions, authorized personnel of LineasDNS.com may suspend or cancel services that engage in actions that may interfere with service functionality or information security, affecting both LineasDNS.com specifically and other subscribers in general.

Each case of service suspension or cancellation will be evaluated individually, according to the criteria of LineasDNS.com.

Additionally, LineasDNS.com reserves the right to deny, cancel, terminate, suspend, block, or modify any access or service in order to correct errors; protect its own security and that of other Subscribers; attempt to prevent and detect possible fraud; comply with local, national, or international regulations; resolve disputes; and address other situations that require such actions.

Likewise, the Subscriber accepts and acknowledges that LineasDNS.com also reserves the right to remove, suspend, or permanently cancel any contracted service, information, or Subscriber hosting content, if operational or commercial reasons so require, without prior notice other than these terms and conditions. LineasDNS.com may also request additional information to validate the client account and may use third-party anti-fraud services (such as MaxMind) to evaluate behavior.


3 - CONFIDENTIALITY

In order to access the services and other features of the LineasDNS.com website, the Subscriber must create a client account. The Subscriber agrees that the account information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

LineasDNS.com will maintain the confidentiality and security of the information provided by the Subscriber, including information related to service payments, as described in Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.

The Subscriber is solely responsible for all activity under their account, whether or not authorized. The Subscriber is responsible for safeguarding account information, including but not limited to: customer number, email address, and login password. LineasDNS.com recommends that the Subscriber periodically change their password.

In the event that the Subscriber registers domain names through LineasDNS.com, the Subscriber agrees that for each domain name registered, the following information will be publicly available in the Whois directory, as determined by ICANN policy:

  • Domain name;
  • Subscriber’s full name and postal address;
  • Name, email address, postal address, telephone and fax numbers as technical and administrative contact;
  • Internet protocol numbers for primary and secondary name servers;
  • Corresponding names of the name servers;
  • Original registration date and expiration date;
  • Identity of the registrar.

This complies with ICANN policies, rules, and regulations insofar as a TLD or ccTLD requires compliance. The Subscriber may optionally purchase the Private Registration service to prevent their contact information from being publicly displayed in Whois queries.

LineasDNS.com commits not to send advertising unless expressly authorized by the Subscriber. Notifications of price changes, service features, or internal communications between the Subscriber and LineasDNS.com are excluded.

LineasDNS.com will not share Subscriber account information, databases, hosting services, or other data with third parties, except where required by judicial bodies or authorities under applicable laws.

LineasDNS.com will not use email lists or any other information stored in Subscriber databases for purposes outside the intended service scope, nor to send commercial emails of any kind.

If the Subscriber no longer wishes to receive advertising communications from LineasDNS.com, they must follow the unsubscribe instructions included in each email or send a removal request to abuse@lineasdns.com.


4 - PURCHASE OF SERVICES ON LINEASDNS.COM

There is no contract of any nature between LineasDNS.com and the Subscriber. Once a service is requested and the order confirmation email is sent, the Subscriber will have 30 days to complete payment.

For payments made via Credit or Debit Card, MercadoPago, PayPal, or PagoMisCuentas, the Subscriber must comply with identity verification requirements as indicated by LineasDNS.com, including submission of documentation confirming authorization from the payment method owner.

Additionally, when paying by credit or debit card, the user may be asked to submit a scan of the card used, showing only the last four digits of the card number.

If identity verification is not submitted or is rejected, LineasDNS.com reserves the right not to activate the service.

After payment is made, it must be reported through the Client Area under Support → “Open Ticket” for service activation or renewal, except for payments made via credit card, MercadoPago, PayPal (except Argentine residents), Rapipago, PagoFácil, PagomisCuentas, or Red Link, in which case the Subscriber must wait for funds to be credited.

Entering payment details does not guarantee verification. The Subscriber may check payment status in the Client Area under “My Invoices”.

Once payment is verified, confirmation will be sent via email. If payment cannot be verified, the report will be removed and the Subscriber will be notified to resubmit proof of payment.

LineasDNS.com reserves the right to modify service plans and pricing. Notifications regarding technical characteristics of services will be published on the website.


5 - SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND DATA LOSS

LineasDNS.com will make all reasonable technical efforts to ensure service availability 24x365. However, the Subscriber acknowledges that services may not be continuously available and LineasDNS.com assumes no liability for such interruptions.

LineasDNS.com is not responsible for data loss caused by users, system failures, server updates, or any other cause. It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to maintain backup copies of all stored data. The Subscriber is also responsible for backing up webmail content.

5.1 - SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA) FOR CLOUD SERVERS AND DEDICATED SERVERS


DEFINITIONS


Monthly Availability: The total number of hours in a calendar month (established as 720 hours), minus the total number of hours of Unavailability that are the direct result of LineasDNS.com failures, divided by the total number of hours in that month (720 hours), multiplied by 100. Monthly Availability is expressed as a percentage and excludes Unavailability resulting from factors described in the Exceptions section (5.1.5).

Unavailability: A service is considered unavailable when all Cloud Server or Dedicated Server instances of the Client are offline or inaccessible for a continuous period of at least 10 minutes due to a failure attributable to LineasDNS.com. Periods shorter than 10 minutes will not be considered Unavailability for the purposes of this SLA.

Unavailability does not include access interruptions occurring during scheduled maintenance or caused by events described in the Exceptions section (5.1.5).

To calculate the duration of Unavailability, the count will begin when the Client properly reports the access issue and end when LineasDNS.com resolves the issue and service is restored. Any Unavailability period will be rounded up to the nearest hour. For example, if the service was inaccessible for 45 minutes, it will be counted as 1 hour of Unavailability for SLA calculation.

Physical Component: Refers to any physical part of a Dedicated Server, including but not limited to the central processing unit (CPU), random access memory (RAM), hard drive, motherboard, network card, power supply, and any other hardware included in the Dedicated Server.

Service Credits: A monetary adjustment applied to the Client’s account, representing a percentage of the monthly payment for the Cloud Server or Dedicated Server service made by the Client for the month in which the SLA was not met.

If the service payment period is longer than one (1) month (e.g., quarterly, annual), the monthly payment will be calculated by dividing the total amount paid by the Client by the number of months in the paid period.

Service credits are non-refundable and may only be used toward future billing for services provided by LineasDNS.com.


5.1.1 - SCOPE AND OBJECTIVE

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) specifies the expected service levels and performance for Cloud Server and Dedicated Server services provided by LineasDNS.com.

The purpose of this SLA is to ensure necessary measures are taken to provide service availability for Cloud Server and Dedicated Server services.


5.1.2 - COVERED SERVICES

This SLA exclusively covers Cloud Server and Dedicated Server services provided to the Client by LineasDNS.com.


5.1.3 - AVAILABILITY GUARANTEE

LineasDNS.com will use its best efforts to exceed 99.5% Monthly Availability for its Cloud Server and Dedicated Server services during each calendar month. If availability falls below 99.5%, LineasDNS.com will apply Service Credits as specified in section (5.1.4).


5.1.4 - SERVICE CREDITS

If availability falls below 99.5% in a calendar month, the Client will be entitled to receive service credits calculated according to the following table:

Between 99.0% and 99.49% 5%
Between 88.0% and 98.99% 10%
Below 88.0% 15%


5.1.5 - EXCEPTIONS

The Client shall not be entitled to service credits in the following cases:

  • 1. Scheduled Maintenance: LineasDNS.com reserves the right to perform maintenance tasks that may require service interruption. Such maintenance may or may not be communicated to the Client at least 24 hours in advance and will be performed during low-demand hours whenever possible.
  • 2. Force Majeure: Events beyond LineasDNS.com’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, strikes, embargoes, governmental acts, internet provider failures, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
  • 3. Third-Party Actions: Interruptions caused by third-party actions such as DoS attacks, hacking, or other intrusions.
  • 4. Client Issues: Interruptions caused by the Client’s behavior, hardware, software, or network connectivity.
  • 5. Internet Network Failures: Failures outside LineasDNS.com’s control, including carrier-level node failures or fiber cuts.
  • 6. Physical Component Failures: LineasDNS.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from physical component failures.
  • 7. Violation of Terms of Service: If the Client violates the Terms of Service.

The final decision regarding the issuance of service credits shall always rest with LineasDNS.com.


5.1.6 - SERVICE CREDIT REQUEST AND PAYMENT

To request Service Credits, the Client must open a support ticket through the Client Area within fifteen (15) days following the availability issue. The ticket must include incident details and supporting evidence.

Eligibility will be determined after evaluation by LineasDNS.com, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Service Credits will be applied to the Client’s account and used to offset future service invoices only.


5.1.7 - SLA CHANGES

LineasDNS.com reserves the right to change the terms of this SLA with thirty (30) days’ notice to the Client.


5.1.8 - EFFECTIVE DATE

This SLA shall become effective as of the date of service activation for the Cloud Server or Dedicated Server provided to the Client by LineasDNS.com.

5.2 - LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES AND/OR FAILURES IN PHYSICAL COMPONENTS


DEFINITIONS

Physical Component: Refers to any physical part of the Server, including but not limited to the central processing unit (CPU), random access memory (RAM), hard disk drive, motherboard, network card, power supply unit, and any other hardware included in the server.


5.2.1 - SCOPE OF LIABILITY

In the event that any Physical Component of a Server is damaged or fails during the service period, the sole responsibility of LineasDNS.com shall be to replace such damaged or defective Physical Component with a new component of equal or higher quality and performance, at no additional cost to the Client.

LineasDNS.com shall not be liable for any data loss, service interruption, loss of revenue, reputational damage, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the failure or damage of any Physical Component.


5.2.2 - RESOLUTION TIMEFRAMES

LineasDNS.com commits to replacing damaged or defective Physical Components within a reasonable timeframe but does not guarantee any specific replacement time.


6 - PROGRAMS AND SCRIPTS

For hosting accounts that have execution permissions enabled, the Subscriber may install and execute scripts at their discretion. However, LineasDNS.com reserves the right to disable any script or software installed by the Subscriber that affects normal server operation or negatively impacts other clients hosted on the same server.

E-learning platforms may not be installed on Shared Hosting Servers due to the hardware resource consumption they generate and the special permissions they require.

Any software or application installed by the user on LineasDNS.com servers, whether shared or dedicated, must have the corresponding valid license. If a license verification request is received from the software owner, the service will be suspended until the user provides appropriate authorization. LineasDNS.com disclaims any responsibility for unlicensed software usage.

Cryptocurrency mining software: The use of cryptocurrency mining software is strictly prohibited on servers that do NOT have dedicated hardware. Mining software causes intensive CPU usage that may affect service quality for other clients. Mining software may only be used on Dedicated Servers. Shared Web Hosting and Cloud Servers are excluded.

Clarification: On Shared Hosting plans (both Windows and Linux), modification of the php.ini file, PHP variables, and certain functions is not permitted for security reasons. Disabled functions include:

  • - system
  • - shell, exec
  • - system_exec
  • - shell_exec
  • - mysql_pconnect
  • - passthru
  • - popen
  • - proc_open
  • - proc_close
  • - proc_nice
  • - proc_terminate
  • - proc_get_status
  • - escapeshellarg

  • - eval


7 - FILE DISTRIBUTION

Websites whose primary purpose is file distribution (e.g., photo galleries, MP3s, downloadable software libraries, etc.) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

A website will be classified under this category when more than 50% of the disk space used within the service is allocated to distribution files.


8 - HOSTING PLATFORM CHANGE

LineasDNS.com allows platform changes between Linux and Windows (and vice versa) for individual Web Hosting plans. This exception applies only to new purchases within the first seven (7) days of service activation and must be requested by the service owner through the Client Area.

By requesting this change, the Subscriber consents to the deletion of the existing account and the creation of a new account on the selected platform, without any data migration.

To proceed, the Subscriber must open a Support Ticket through the Client Area. The original service activation date and future renewal dates will remain unchanged.

LineasDNS.com is not responsible for any data loss during the platform change process.


9 - HOSTING PLANS AND PERMITTED ACCOUNT QUANTITY

Individual hosting plans are defined as those classified under the "Cloud Hosting" category on this website.

Individual hosting refers to the ability to host a single website.

Multiple hosting plans are classified under "Reseller Hosting", "Cloud Servers", "VPS Servers", and "Dedicated Servers".

Multiple hosting allows the creation of a limited number of hosting accounts through an enabled control panel, as determined by the selected plan. Each hosting account allows hosting a single website.

Website hosting must be carried out exclusively using tools provided by LineasDNS.com. Any modification that results in hosting more websites than permitted under the selected plan is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: addon domains via Apache directives in .htaccess files, PHP-based redirections, or similar methods.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate service suspension without prior notice until the situation is resolved.

The only services that provide remote server access are:

  • Dedicated Servers
  • Cloud Servers


CASE STUDY: SITE BUILDER

LineasDNS.com provides a Site Builder service that allows Subscribers to create websites online in the cloud, as well as a hosting account for FTP uploads if the Subscriber already has their own design or wishes to install applications such as blogs, forums, or galleries.

Both services may be used simultaneously, provided that their content relates to the same business, industry, and/or brand, and different domain names point to them.

If content associated with different businesses, industries, or brands is detected, the account will be immediately suspended.

Other hosting services do not include this feature without exception.


10 - UNLIMITED FEATURES OF SHARED HOSTING AND RESELLER PLANS

LineasDNS.com does not impose limits on the following features in Shared Hosting and Reseller plans:

  • 1. Databases
  • 2. Email mailboxes
  • 3. FTP access accounts
  • 4. Parked or pointed domains
  • 5. Subdomains

The acceptable use policy for "Unlimited" features is solely intended to allow the Subscriber to maintain a website and email service to build an effective online presence.

Use of these resources under this modality is permitted provided that it does not degrade overall service quality or negatively impact the user experience of other subscribers sharing the same server. To ensure this, the following restrictions apply:


a) UNLIMITED DATABASES

LineasDNS.com does not impose limits on the number of databases created, nor apply additional charges based on database quantity, provided such use does not degrade service quality or negatively impact other subscribers on the same server.

LineasDNS.com may request a reduction in the number of tables or size of one or more databases to ensure proper service functionality, or require the Subscriber to upgrade to a service that supports the growth of the hosted website and database. Failure to comply authorizes LineasDNS.com to suspend the service with or without prior notice.


b) EMAIL STORAGE SPACE

All emails received by accounts hosted on LineasDNS.com servers that are classified as SPAM will be stored for seven (7) days in the “Spam” folder unless the Anti-SPAM filter configuration specifies immediate deletion. This folder can be accessed via WebMail or IMAP. Emails stored for more than seven days will be permanently deleted.

Unlimited email storage will be respected provided that its use does not degrade service quality or negatively impact other subscribers. All unlimited plans are initially activated with a 30 GB storage limit. Subscribers may request an increase at no additional cost, subject to technical approval.


c) UNLIMITED EMAIL ACCOUNTS

LineasDNS.com does not limit the number of email accounts that a Subscriber may create or use, nor apply additional charges, provided use does not degrade service quality or negatively impact other subscribers.

Use of this unlimited feature to provide third-party email services is strictly prohibited. Subscribers wishing to offer email services commercially must contact LineasDNS.com for appropriate service options.


d) UNLIMITED FTP ACCOUNTS

LineasDNS.com does not impose limits on the number of FTP accounts that may be created or used, provided use does not degrade service quality or impact other subscribers. Use of FTP accounts for third-party storage services or anonymous/guest FTP access is strictly prohibited.


e) UNLIMITED PARKED OR POINTED DOMAINS

LineasDNS.com does not limit the number of domains that may be parked or pointed to a website, provided such use does not degrade service quality or affect other subscribers.

Unlimited domain usage is solely intended to allow multiple domain access points to the same website. Any other use is expressly prohibited.


f) UNLIMITED SUBDOMAINS

LineasDNS.com does not impose limits on subdomains provided use does not degrade service quality or affect other subscribers.

Improper use of unlimited features will be evaluated case-by-case. LineasDNS.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or content to ensure service quality and uptime.

These conditions may be modified by LineasDNS.com at any time with notice via appropriate means, including the Internet.

By contracting our services, the Subscriber declares awareness and acceptance of these use policies.


11 - APPLICABLE LAW AND LIABILITY REGARDING WEB HOSTING RESELLERS

Exclusive jurisdiction is agreed upon for the Commercial Courts of Colón, Entre Ríos, Argentina, applying the laws of the Province of Entre Ríos, Argentina. Any dispute arising from the commercial relationship shall be brought before said courts.

If services are contracted through a LineasDNS.com Reseller, any legal action must be taken directly against the Reseller. LineasDNS.com shall bear no responsibility for disputes between Resellers and their clients.

LineasDNS.com is not responsible for damages arising from access to, use of, or misuse of services acquired through Resellers.


12 - DEDICATED SERVERS AND CLOUD SERVERS

Subscribers with privileged access to operating system configurations (root/administrator privileges) must not modify certain critical configurations required for security and monitoring.

It is recommended not to change the original root/administrator password assigned by LineasDNS.com. If changed, the Subscriber must provide it to technical support when requested.

Servers must respond to Ping (Packet Internet Groper) and SNMP requests from designated LineasDNS.com monitoring IPs.

At least one firewall must be active at all times. LineasDNS.com provides a preconfigured firewall and discourages replacement unless the Subscriber has sufficient technical expertise.

Servers must retain the original hostname assigned by LineasDNS.com, and assigned IPs must resolve via reverse DNS (FQDN).

LineasDNS.com reserves the right to suspend service if critical misconfigurations are detected and cannot be corrected.


13 - STREAMING CONTENT

Audio Streaming services contracted with LineasDNS.com must be used exclusively for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms.

Use of streaming services that violates applicable laws or these terms authorizes LineasDNS.com to suspend services without notice.

LineasDNS.com is not responsible for broadcast content. The Subscriber must obtain any applicable licenses.


14 - PAYMENTS AND DUE DATES


GENERAL TERMS

The Subscriber must pay in advance all prices and fees corresponding to the activation and/or renewal of contracted services. Payments made to LineasDNS.com are non-refundable, even if services are suspended, canceled, transferred, or terminated before the end of the contracted service period.

LineasDNS.com reserves the right to modify service prices and fees, effective upon publication on this website. Existing services will be affected as of the next renewal.

LineasDNS.com sends monthly renewal notices with pricing details. Any changes applied after such notice are informational and not determinative of final pricing.

A grace period of seven (7) days after the renewal date is granted for payment. Failure to pay within this period will result in temporary service suspension.

After ten (10) consecutive days without payment following the due date, the service will be permanently canceled, and all stored information will be deleted without right to claim.


Cloud Servers

If renewal payment is not verified, the Cloud Server service will be automatically suspended. After eight (8) days without verification, the server and all stored content will be permanently deleted.

Dedicated Servers

If renewal payment is not verified, the Dedicated Server service will be interrupted. After fourteen (14) days, the service will be canceled, and all data will be deleted, including physical destruction of disks, following best privacy and security practices.

It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to monitor service expiration dates and ensure timely payment and verification.


15 - BILLING: DATA ENTRY AND INVOICE MODIFICATIONS


GENERALITIES

The Subscriber agrees to provide and maintain up-to-date billing information. After payment, billing data may be modified through the Client Area within the same calendar month, except where local regulations apply.

If billing data is not updated, invoices will be issued using existing client account information and may not be modified after the stated period.


16 - PAYMENT ALLOCATION IN CLIENT ACCOUNT

Client accounts operate under the following allocation rules:

a) For payments requiring payment confirmation, the Subscriber may choose which services to pay or leave the balance as credit.

b) For payments not requiring confirmation, payments will be automatically applied to outstanding orders in chronological order, then expired services with auto-renewal, and finally as account credit.

c) Payments made via credit card or electronic wallets through the Client Area will be immediately applied to the selected service.


17 - USE OF ACCOUNT CREDIT

Account credit is valid for twelve (12) months from the payment date and may be used for renewals or new purchases.

Account credit is non-refundable under any circumstances.


18 - MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Refunds may only be requested for the following plans:

  • Cloud Hosting
  • Reseller Hosting

Refund requests must be submitted within the first thirty (30) days of the original service activation, provided the service remains active and technical issues are verified.

Refunds exclude transaction fees and financial costs. Account credit is not refundable.


19 - ANTI-SPAM POLICY

LineasDNS.com maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward SPAM.

Sending unsolicited advertising via email or any internet medium using LineasDNS.com services is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service suspension without notice.

A USD 50 reactivation fee will apply in SPAM-related suspensions.


20 - MASS MAILING

Mass mailing is permitted only through services specifically designed for such use and approved by LineasDNS.com technical support.

Unauthorized mass mailing will result in immediate suspension.


21 - MAXIMUM EMAIL SEND LIMITS

Sending limits vary by service type and may result in temporary suspension if exceeded.


22 - ANTI-PHISHING POLICY

Services involved in phishing activities will be suspended or permanently terminated upon detection.

LineasDNS.com cooperates with international anti-phishing organizations.


23 - DOMAIN REGISTRATION

Domain registration is subject to availability at the time of processing. Once registered, domain names are non-refundable and may not be modified.

Subscribers agree to comply with ICANN regulations and domain dispute policies.


24 - DOMAIN RENEWALS

Domains are renewed only after payment verification. Late renewals may incur additional restoration fees.


25 - DOMAIN TRANSFER

Domain transfers are subject to registry approval and applicable transfer policies.


26 - PRIVACY AND PROXY REGISTRATIONS

Private registration services replace the Subscriber’s contact data with anonymized LineasDNS.com information, subject to ICANN requirements.


27 - EXPIRATION PROTECTION AND ANTI-THEFT SECURITY

LineasDNS.com offers optional services to prevent domain loss due to expiration or unauthorized access.


28 - TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Technical and administrative support is provided through the Help Desk via the Client Area.


29 - GMAIL, HOTMAIL, YAHOO! AND AOL POLICIES

Email providers may enforce DMARC policies affecting message delivery. LineasDNS.com is not responsible for rejected messages under such policies.


30 - IP ADDRESSES

Assigned IP addresses remain the exclusive property of LineasDNS.com and must be used in accordance with its policies.


33 - USE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Payments processed through third-party gateways are handled exclusively by those providers. LineasDNS.com is not liable for issues arising from third-party services.


34 - CHARGEBACKS

Upon receipt of a chargeback request, services associated with the disputed payment will be suspended for forty-eight (48) business hours. Failure to resolve will result in permanent cancellation and data deletion.
