LINEASDNS PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT
I hereby declare that I have previously read the “LINEASDNS PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY”, published at the URL: https://www.lineasdns.com/legal/politica-de-privacidad, and I fully and unreservedly accept it by submitting the required data through the LineasDNS website. The personal data provided when registering via the web form on the LineasDNS website as a REGISTERED CLIENT, in order to contract the services published at the URL LineasDNS, will be incorporated into an automated database and processed in the manner indicated in this “LINEASDNS PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY”.
The owner of the personal data has the right to access such data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated in accordance with Article 14, section 3 of Law No. 25,326.
The NATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION, the Enforcement Authority of Law No. 25,326, is responsible for handling complaints and claims related to non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
This PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY implemented by LineasDNS complies with the requirements established by Law No. 25,326 “PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW”, currently in force in the Republic of Argentina since its publication in the Official Gazette on 11/02/2000. Its purpose is to protect the personal data of data subjects, whether Argentine or foreign individuals, as well as Argentine or foreign legal entities with legal address, branch or office in Argentina, whose data is collected, stored and/or recorded in Public or Private Databases intended to provide information, such as the so-called “LINEASDNS REGISTERED CLIENTS DATABASE”. Consequently, this POLICY is considered an integral and complementary part, as an annex, of the General Terms and Conditions published by LineasDNS under the Legal link (URL: https://www.lineasdns.com/legal/politica-de-privacidad).
Pursuant to ARTICLE 6 OF LAW 25,326: “When personal data is collected, data subjects must be previously informed explicitly and clearly of”:
- a) The purpose for which the data will be processed and who may be its recipients or categories of recipients;
- b) The existence of the file, registry, database—electronic or otherwise—and the identity and address of its controller;
- c) Whether responses to the proposed questionnaire are mandatory or optional, especially regarding the data referred to in the following article;
- d) The consequences of providing the data, refusing to do so, or providing inaccurate data;
- e) The possibility for the data subject to exercise the rights of access, rectification and deletion of the data.
GLOSSARY:
For the purposes of this POLICY, the following subjects are defined:
VISITOR: Any person who accesses the LineasDNS website via the Internet for the purpose of learning about the services and costs offered by the LineasDNS website, such as:
- 1) Web Hosting Plans or Accounts,
- 2) Domain Registrations,
- 3) Related services that may be offered and published on the website in the future for visitors.
This individual is not registered as a Client and therefore cannot access restricted sections of the website for REGISTERED CLIENTS, nor contract any service offered or published on the LineasDNS website (hereinafter referred to as the “VISITOR”).
REGISTERED CLIENT: Any individual (Argentine or foreign natural person and/or Argentine or foreign legal entity) who has previously registered on the LineasDNS website through the corresponding web form, where the VISITOR is required to provide the following PERSONAL DATA: FULL NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, EMAIL, LOCATION (ZIP CODE, CITY, PROVINCE), DATE OF BIRTH, and PASSWORD, in order to contract the services provided by the LineasDNS website, such as: 1) Web Hosting Plans or Accounts, 2) Domain Registrations, 3) Related services that may be offered and/or published in the future on the LineasDNS website for REGISTERED CLIENTS. These personal data are stored in the “LINEASDNS REGISTERED CLIENTS DATABASE” (hereinafter referred to as “REGISTERED CLIENTS”).
LineasDNS: “The company known as LINEASDNS.COM – FULLTECH.COM.AR, located at Tomás de Rocamora 1449, Province of Entre Ríos, Argentine Republic, Tax ID (CUIT): 20-37547774-3”, which is the CONTROLLER and OWNER of the “LINEASDNS REGISTERED CLIENTS DATABASE” and provides the following services: 1) Web Hosting Plans or Accounts, 2) Domain Registrations, 3) Related services that may be offered and published in the future on the LineasDNS website (hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”).
PRELIMINARY CONSIDERATIONS:
This POLICY implemented by THE COMPANY is intended to inform how the terms governing the relationship between the REGISTERED CLIENT and THE COMPANY will apply when personal data is collected via the LineasDNS website registration form, in order to identify the client and enable the contracting of the services offered by LineasDNS.

GENERAL TERMS
MANDATORY PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED VIA THE LINEASDNS WEB FORM AND PURPOSE OF COLLECTION:
Through this notice, THE COMPANY informs VISITORS who wish to contract services offered on the LineasDNS website about this “PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY POLICY”, so that VISITORS who wish to become REGISTERED CLIENTS may freely and voluntarily give their express consent by providing the required PERSONAL DATA through the LineasDNS web form. All requested data are mandatory and will be stored in the “LINEASDNS REGISTERED CLIENTS DATABASE” while the contracted services remain active.
DATA QUALITY:
Both the REGISTERED CLIENT and THE COMPANY are legally required to ensure compliance with Article 4 of Law 25,326, which establishes that personal data must be accurate, relevant, not excessive, and used only for the purposes for which it was collected.
CONFIDENTIALITY DUTY:
All employees of THE COMPANY who are involved with the service are bound by a Confidentiality Agreement and may not disclose or use the information contained in the “LINEASDNS REGISTERED CLIENTS DATABASE”, in accordance with Article 10 of Law 25,326.
DATA SECURITY:
THE COMPANY adopts technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data, in compliance with Article 9 of Law 25,326, to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse.
RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, UPDATE AND DELETION:
REGISTERED CLIENTS may exercise their rights of access, rectification, update or deletion of personal data by contacting THE COMPANY through the LineasDNS website or by email at admin@lineasdns.com, in accordance with Article 16 of Law 25,326.
COOKIES:
THE COMPANY uses cookies to improve user navigation. Cookies do not provide personal identification data. Users may configure their browsers to block cookies, although this may limit access to certain sections of the website.
ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATION OF THIS POLICY:
Use of the LineasDNS website implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy. THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt to legislative or industry changes, which will take effect upon publication on the website.
APPLICABLE JURISDICTION:
For any disputes, the REGISTERED CLIENT and THE COMPANY expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Provincial Courts of the city of Colón, Province of Entre Ríos, Argentine Republic, waiving any other jurisdiction.
